Cala Moraig beach is a very picturesque beach here on Cumbre del Sol, with dramatic scenery of the surrounding cliffs. This is a lovely spot just 5 minutes drive from the villa (a very steep road down to the beach means you may well need the car for the return journey!) A pebble / rock beach, this is also a well know spot for scuba diving, and has a beach bar and restaurant open during the summer months. Please be aware that a section of this beach at the far end is reserved for Naturists.
Ampolla beach is one of Moraira’s four blue flag beaches. The main Moraira Beach “Playa la Ampolla” is safe for children, as it shelves gently.
The picturesque harbour town of Moraira has a small sandy beach – l’Ampolla – situated close to the main town, Castle and port. To the north is El Portet beach – a delightful, not to be missed gently shelving sandy bay with clear waters, ideal for families.
